All of our grooming sessions are one-on-one and handled with patience, care, and professional skill. We prioritise quality, safety, and comfort to make every grooming experience calm and enjoyable for your dog. Please note that we are not accepting dogs over 20 lbs at this time. Grooming sessions typically take 2–3 hours for one dog and 3–4 hours if two dogs are groomed together. Additional charges may apply for dogs with hair longer than ½ inch, coats that have not been groomed in the last 4–5 weeks, or for matted and severely tangled hair. If extra grooming steps such as shaving are required, we will always contact you beforehand.

Bath package plus sanitary area shaving, little trim face and butt trim. Clean up paw pad trim and feet.
We also offer a range of add-on grooming services to meet your dog’s specific needs. These include de-matting sessions, shaved feet or paws, eye trimming, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, and full face trims or cuts. Each service is personalised based on your dog’s coat condition, size, and temperament.
For long or severely matted coats, or dogs groomed after longer intervals, we provide specialty grooming that combines extra scissor work, detangling, and coat care. Every dog receives one-on-one attention from an experienced groomer, ensuring a calm, safe, and stress-free grooming experience.
